Our Nottingham Group Fitness program has 14 classes to choose from a week including boxing, bootcamp, strength, intervals and metabolic conditioning to name a few. Unlike most Group Fitness classes Nottingham, all of our workouts are planned and structured to reach the goals of our clients. We also maintain a strict 15 to 1 Client to Trainer ratio to ensure you don’t get lost in the crowd and that you’re getting the most from your valuable time spent in the gym.
