Having spent the past 10 years  specializing in one to one training I have no doubt it is the best possible way for anyone to fast track towards their goals and to make lasting lifestyle changes that will reap benefits for a lifetime.

I believe building an open and trusting rapport is paramount to a successful client-trainer relationship, so before agreeing to train anyone, I like to meet in person with prospective clients, to sense if we are a good fit.

As no one client is the same and each individual situation will be vastly diverse, a face to face meeting also enables me to fully understand their goals and the necessary interventions to achieve them.

As one of my personal training clients you can expect my full support on all aspects of your training: physical, mental and nutritional.

The physical aspect will be covered by one to one sessions with me and also by tailored programming of the exercise to in your own time.

I like sessions to be challenging fun and exciting at the same time, so the exercise sessions will involve a number of different training methods: kettlebells, callisthenics, HIIT, weightlifting combined in the best way to power you towards your results whilst keeping things fresh and exciting!

Please be aware that prior to creating your exercise plan I will carry out a full movement analysis on you to ensure the safety and effectiveness of the program.

The mental aspect involves the use of methods to help you understand which goals really make you tick up and the use of supportive coaching strategies to keep you on track and understand the behaviours needed to keep moving towards them.

This is far more important than most people understand, because ultimately it is the change in everyday behaviours that will create the conditions needed for exercise and diet to have a long-term impact

The nutritional aspect will see us work on your food where and when needed. I do not believe in a “do this, not that” approach to food for the same reason I do not believe in generalized exercise programs.

We are all different and we understand and respond to alterations in diet differently.
